In a crowded retail banking market, Telhio Credit Union needed to differentiate its brand and grow its membership in order to compete. Standing out from the crowd isn’t easy in a vertical dominated by big, national brands with similar offerings and rates.
We surveyed Telhio’s members and staff, audited the competition and surveyed banking consumers to find what matters when it comes to banking and financial products. Then we built a brand advertising campaign designed to promote the difference between banks and credit unions.
