With over 15 years experience in advertising, marketing and design, Jeff is Sync's Managing Partner. Jeff specializes in brand positioning and advertising with a specialty in consumer product packaging and promotion. He has extensive experience formulating strategies, positions and campaigns for consumer brands like Ensure, EAS Nutritional Supplements, Sam's Choice and Toshiba; corporate brands such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens and Costco; and other brands ranging from Huntington Bank to Ohio University.

Guy is a Partner and the firm's storyteller. Guy specializes in creating ideas and stories for brands, products and services. In his nearly 20 years of advertising and marketing experience Guy has worked for numerous lifestyle and retail brands from golf to banking to luxury real estate. Guy has created stories, advertisements and campaigns for Bath & Body Works, Barnes&Noble.Com, Huntington Bank, Lane Bryant, The Longaberger Company, Netwellness, Titebond Adhesives and The Ohio Manufacturers' Association.

Stacey has over ten years interactive experience both at advertising agencies and on the client-side at Netscape. Part techie and part artist, she is passionate about creating on-line experiences using creative methods of design and cutting-edge technologies. She has earned a certification in Search Engine Optimization and Marketing from the Search Engine Academy. A sample of her interactive client roster includes: Best Buy, Toyota 4Runner, Cooper Tires, McDonald’s, Ohio Health, Napa Auto Parts, 5 Hour Energy Drink and Netscape/AOL.

Jim has over 15 years experience specializing in 3d modeling, photography, motion graphics and web design. Jim has a fine art background and teaches at Columbus College of Art and Design and has worked with major brands including Abbott Laboratories, EAS, Ensure, Huntington, Ohio University, The Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic and White Castle.

Darren is a designer, videographer and photographer with over 12 years experience with digital and film video and production. He specializes in merging video with motion graphics and other media for use on the web. Darren previously operated his own video production studio, and joined Sync in 2005, excited about pursuing a multi-disciplinary approach to media.

Nick is a packaging and print designer with nearly 10 years experience. Nick's first love is illustration and he now specializes in logo creation, typography, packaging and point of purchase design. His strong combination of graphic design and digital illustration skills have been showcased in work for brands such as EAS, Enlive, Glucerna, Toshiba and Wal-Mart.

Moriya is a designer who creates conceptual advertising, print collateral, logos and photographic images for use in print and motion graphics. Moriya is a proven conceptual thinker who has worked extensively on print and broadcast campaigns and direct mail initiatives for clients such as JPMorgan Chase, The Columbus Crew, Max & Erma's, Lean Cuisine and Nestle.

Bob has extensive experience in both traditional and interactive design. From graphics through animation to advertising, Bob brings true creative vision to his work. Bob is inspired by the world we live in, and pushes his creative thinking to the edge to come up with client solutions. His ability to see problems from both the consumers' perspective and the businesses perspective shines in his work for such clients as Ohio Health, Anthem Insurance, Huntington and Sky Banks and Glatfelter paper.
